Our real estate career began some years ago at Georgia Tech where we received Engineering degrees which were used in Commercial Real Estate designing & redesigning various buildings here and overseas. Back then, my wife and I were also hungry to learn as much as possible about residential real estate through personal experience. So over 5 years and with over 32 of our own investment projects complete, we sought to share with our friends, family & clients the most successful things we had learned through our personal experience. And now, our business had grown to an awesome level of service.

In designing a service that would deliver beyond expectations, we focus our efforts on Consulting with You, Negotiating for You and Managing all the Details of Your Transaction.

• The Consulting we provide is in the form of Education and Options.  We strive to education our clients so that they are the most informed buyers & sellers in the market.  We teach you the lessons we learned the hard way about what critical problems to avoid in a house, what to look for in terms of a good investment for you and your family and how to view a home from many different perspectives to make sure it meets your short term and long term goals.
  
  
• Our second role is to serve as Your Negotiator.  This Skill we sharpened while negotiating with hundreds of Sellers, Builders and Banks over the last few years. We are incredibly passionate about and constantly seek ways to sharpen our skills and effectiveness when negotiating for our clients. Val likes to put it this way, "I would rather Negotiate than Eat"! 
   
  
• The third role we fulfill is Managing all the intricate detail of Your transaction. We have found that ensuring accuracy when dealing with the 43 people involved in a transaction, managing their 14 different industries, and carefully monitoring the more than 100 official documents involved is a critical responsibility we take pride ourselves in doing incredibly well.
